Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Definitions

• “We,” refers to PT. ASTRONACCI INTERNATIONAL.
• “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses our Services.
• “Services” refers to the websites, applications, features, content, and products provided by us.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree with any provision of these T&C, you must refrain from accessing or using our Services.

• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account if we reasonably determine that the account or its use violates these T&C or applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments (If Applicable)

• All prices displayed through our Services are final unless otherwise expressly stated.
• Payments that have been successfully made are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided under a separate refund policy issued by us.
• Failure or delay in making any required payment may result in the restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the applicable Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, graphics, software, systems, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to PT. ASTRONACCI INTERNATIONAL and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Any technical disruptions, system errors, interruptions, failures, or other technical issues affecting the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
